4) Victim’s Rights Amendment – a proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution to protect the rights of victims
5) Victim and Witness Protection Act (1982) - federal law requiring better treatment / protection for victims and witnesses in federal court
6) The Victims of Crime Act (1984) - federal law authorizing federal funds for state victim programs (established Crime Victims Fund)
