AMERICAN HISTORY
HOME PAGE
Welcome to my American History
master page. You can find several learning tools on the menu bar on the
left side of this page. By clicking on these links you will find your
course syllabus, study guides for quizzes, midterm exams and final exams.
You can also find a helpful list of suggested essay topics and a link to
interesting history sites on the World Wide Web. You will also find
lecture notes that I use in our class. In my instruction of American
History, I pretty much follow these notes, so should you miss a class, you
can keep up with us by locating the lecture topic that you missed and
study the notes along with the text material. If you feel the need to race
ahead, you will find the notes useful for this purpose. These notes are in
no way meant to be a substitute for class attendance, but should be used
as a reinforcement of the lectures, assigned readings, and other
activities of the class.
I hope this Website helps make
the taking of my courses interesting, fun and instructional.

Thought to
ponder:
Many people confuse
critical thought with merely rearranging their prejudices. |
