CODE OF CONDUCT

·  Behave honestly, openly and with integrity at all times

·  Act with care and diligence in the course of performing your job

·  When performing duties on behalf of Rogers State University, treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and without harassment or intimidation, at all times

·  Behave and conduct themselves in a professional business manner; avoid any conduct that could  considered to be hostile, verbally offensive, disruptive of the work environment or perceived to be intimidating, or that would undermine anyone at your site

·  Comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given by someone within the organization who has authority to give the direction – if you’re unsure whether someone has the authority to give direction, discuss everything wit your site supervisor and your RSU Internship Director

·  Maintain appropriate confidentiality about dealings with all staff and administration employees at your internship site

·  Take all reasonable steps to avoid any conflict of interest (real or apparent) in connection with your role at your Internship Site - if you think you have a conflict of interest, disclose the situation with your Site Supervisor and your RSU Internship Director

·  Do not provide any false or misleading information in response to a request for information

·  At all times behave in a manner that upholds the values, integrity and good reputation of Rogers State University and the institution where your are performing your internship duties

·  Bring any/all concerns, issues, questions and/or situations where you feel uncomfortable with any relationship with anyone at your Internship Site to the attention of your RSU Internship Director
