1. What did you observe/read this week? What did you see, smell, i.e.. "empirical" evidence.
2. Where did your activity occur? (physical environment, e.g. home, emergency room, nursery, etc.)
3. What conclusions can you make about what you observed/read?

4 What did your observations/readings make you speculate about?
5. Has what you have learned this week raised any doubts in your mind?
6. What issues/ideas did you question from your observations/readings?
7. Were problems raised or problems solved for you by this observations/weeks readings?
8. Have you learned any new skills this week? You should be finding good stuff to learn.
9. Were there any artifacts (things, articles, material from other courses) that you should include in your on-line journal?
10. What did you think about the way you invested you time this week? (Did it represent your best work? Were you interested in it?
11. Did you look at any sites on the internet that were useful for better understanding what is going on at your intern site? How?
12. Have there been any incidents this week where you have had an opportunity to apply experiences from life or other courses? Have you found any outside opportunities to use what you observed at your intern site?
13. Have you learned anything that helps you in dealing with people?
14. Have you had difficulties this week which require additional thought and/or different strategies?
15. Has anything happened which would make your life in and out of the classroom either more or less meaningful?
16. Have you learned anything which has made you think about the world and/or your discipline differently?
