Project Introduction &Thesis 10% of the paper grade
Introduction brief and to the point with a thesis introduction to the rest of the project
Thesis must present how your leadership research material will be presented in a logical organized manner
Research Topic Information 30% of the paper grade
The paper identifies/formulates Leadership information, problems, issues and trends for industry or a research company(s)
Accurately presents industry or requested company(s) Leadership information and viewpoints
Has solid Leadership information with supporting evidence
The Development of the paper
Build ideas on one another; the connection between ideas should be smooth.
Connect sentences & paragraphs logically with one another.
Support of the papers thesis
Offers substantial proof of the thesis in an orderly way.
Uses Leadership research and text book information to support the logical progression of ideas presented.
Readability 10% of the paper grade
The introduction
Indicates how the paper is organized (thesis)
The body
Contains a complete presentation of information, discussion and support
Each paragraph
Includes a topic sentence & develops one main Leadership idea
Develop paragraphs fully. 1-3 lines rarely make a paragraph.
The conclusion
Recaps the thesis statement and the paper's main points
Presents a closing statement of the writer's position
Organization - 10% of the paper grade
The entire composition
Is logically organized
Grammar/Spelling/Mechanics- 10% of the paper grade
Is concise and free of grammatical mistakes
Format 10% of the paper grade
Length: 4 to 6 pages Sources: 3 to 5 from 2 different medium
Paper and bibliography set up in APA style
Integrate quoted material according to accepted form.
