After reading
the assigned material, prepare a chapter wrap up that includes the
subjects below. Include three lessons (reports on things you learned
from the reading) and two puzzles (two things you did not understand
and would like to discuss in class). Lessons and puzzles must
include specific information from and/or or references to the
reading. Be prepared to discuss your wrap-up in class. Your wrap up should be 2-3 pages. (550+ words) Type

Formal
communication is written communication; informal is oral. In a two
to three page essay discuss the advantages and disadvantages of
formal communication and illustrate how informal communication
offers solutions to many of the problems of formal communication.
